Learn how to use beautiful reverse appliqué techniques to customise your own jumpers, sweatshirts and hoodies. We’ll be using lettering to decorate our fabric swatch with this easy but effective method. Choose your favourites from a range of quality cotton fabrics and threads while you sip tea and coffee with treats. Then take your new skill home (with your sample and needle and threads!) and personalise your whole wardrobe! No experience is needed to enjoy this activity.

This is an easy and relaxing activity for adults but children 14+ are very welcome when accompanied by a guardian.

Venue

This workshop takes place in the beautifully restored Merville House near Abbeycentre. There is a bus stop on route 2E/2C at the entrance to the Merville Shops. Merville house is located behind the shops to the left as you face them. While there is limited free parking around the grounds of the house, attendees are asked to be respectful of local residents’ access when choosing where to leave their car.
