What’s included in the mini retreat?
Every retreat includes all the materials you need to complete one project, guidance from me or one of my trusted helpers, a goody bag with some treats and extra materials so you can recreate your new skills at home and tea or coffee with plenty of delicious sweet treats.

Can you cater for my dietary requirement?
Of course! Please let us know details of your requirements on the booking form at the time of booking or by email quoting your booking reference. Note that catering is provided by the host venue and, while we will emphasise the importance of your request, we cannot accept any responsibility for the food provided.

Is your venue fully accessible?
Yes! The venue is fully accessible with ramps and lifts unless otherwise stated. Any restrictions will be explained at the time of booking. Please use the booking form or an email quoting your booking reference with any accessibility requirements or queries.

Are your mini retreats suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! All of the mini retreats are suitable for beginners to learn, improvers to practise and confident crafters to relax with their talents. Fun and relaxation are the most important aspect of what we do.

Is there an age restriction for the mini retreat?
We recommend a minimum age of 16 for our mini retreats. Please contact us before booking if one of your party is below 16.

Is there an age restriction for your family fun session?
Each session will make clear the most suitable age range for the activity at the time of booking. Children outside of the recommended age range may take part but may need more assistance from their accompanying adult. All of the activities are designed to be fun for adults and children working together. Children under 3 will be admitted free and babies are welcome. Adults are required to stay with their children at all times.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
No! We provide everything you need to create and enjoy your retreat. You will receive a goody bag containing tools and materials that you can take home and keep. For our mini crafting retreats we provide tea, coffee and a delicious selection of sweet treats. Items such as scissors and cutting mats are provided for you to use while at the event. The only thing you need to bring are your positive vibes!

Can I change my booking?
Should your circumstances change and you can no longer attend a mini retreat on your
chosen date, a full refund will be issued so long as there are 7 clear days before the event. After this, you will be issued with a credit note which you can use against the value of another retreat. If the new retreat is of a lesser value, we will refund the difference. If it is of a higher value, you pay the difference. For example, if the event is on Saturday 14th and you cancel on or before 11:59pm on Friday 6th, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel on Saturday 7th, you will receive a credit note.

What happens if a mini retreat is cancelled?
In the very rare event that a retreat has to be cancelled, we will issue full refunds. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs to you arising from a cancellation.
