FREE EVENT PLACES
Only people named at the time of booking will be admitted. A valid booking reference is required upon entry.

BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

Bookings are confirmed by email after successful payment. Please make sure to check your spam folder if the email does not arrive.

Payment is made in full at the time of booking using our secure payment system.

Should your circumstances change and you can no longer attend a mini retreat on your chosen date, a full refund will be issued so long as there are 7 clear days before the event. After this, you will be issued with a credit note which you can use against the value of another retreat. If the new retreat is of a lesser value, we will refund the difference. If it is of a higher value, you pay the difference. For example, if the event is on Saturday 14th and you cancel on or before 11:59pm on Friday 6th, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel on Saturday 7th, you will receive a
credit note.

If you do not attend, there will be no refund and you will not be able to transfer your booking.

If you arrive late, every effort will be made to include you in the activity but we cannot take responsibility for this nor can we hold back an event for anyone. No refund will be given and the class will end at the advertised time.

In the very rare event that a retreat has to be cancelled, we will issue full refunds. Any liability is limited to the price paid for an event. We cannot be held responsible for any other costs to you arising from a cancellation.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESSIBILITY

While every effort is made on our part to ensure that venues cater for any support and access needs, we cannot be held responsible for errors on the venue’s part. If you require support and/or access arrangements please email lorraine@tablebright.co.uk as soon aspossible and we will do our best to meet all your requests. Information can also be shared at the time of booking on the relevant box on the booking form.

Most of our events are catered by the host venue. While we pass on any requirements and requests given to us at the time of booking, we cannot be held responsible for any errors on the part of the host venue. You can email us at lorraine@tablebright.co.uk up to 7 clear days before your booked event to let us know of any dietary requirements.

EVENT PARTICIPATION

Event participants must follow any and all safety instructions and advice given by the organisers or the host venue. Failure to do so will result in the immediate discontinuation of the course for you.

We aim to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at all our events. Bearing this in mind, participants agree to remain respectful and mindful of others at all times in both their speech and their attire. For example, participants should not wear clothing bearing offensive slogans or use derogatory, disrespectful or hate speech.

It is each participant’s responsibility to bring items such as reading glasses or magnifiers if they usually use these in their daily lives as many of our activities involve close up or
detailed work. As such, we cannot be held responsible for any difficulty you may experience without these items.

At family events, parents/carers are required to stay with their child/children at all times and are fully responsible for their safety and well-being.

Each session will make clear the most suitable age range for the activity at the time of booking. Children outside of the recommended age range may take part but may need more assistance from their accompanying adult. All of the activities are designed to be fun for adults and children working together. Children under 3 will be admitted free and babies are welcome although craft materials are not suitable for children 0-3. Adults are required to stay with their children at all times.

You must be aged 18 to book our adult events. The minimum age to attend our adult events is 16 and you must be accompanied by a paying adult at the same event if you are aged 16 or 17.

Information, such as your email address, name, telephone number and address are collected at the time of booking so that you can make a secure payment and we can send you details of your event.
